The author has written short stories since childhood. When at school, her literary talents first came to the fore with essays which were read widely both within and outside the school and some were even published in local newspapers.
Later, when she completed her secondary studies, she began to write poems on various subjects and a number of these were aired in programs of the Moroccan Radio Station.
Whilst she would have preferred it, she was not able to follow a literary career as her entire family immigrated to Israel where she was perforce obliged to earn a regular income. Then she married and subsequently had three children. Her ex-husband was/is an artist/painter and when he traveled to Canada to take up a position as an artist in residence with the Roman Catholic Board of Education in Hamilton, Therese, of course accompanied him with the children.
In Canada both his biography, written by Therese, and catalogue of his works, were published under the auspices
